Is it easy to return items?

Customers within the U.S. can receive a pre-paid shipping label using our returns center.

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

We strive to process your refund as quickly as possible once your return package has arrived at our warehouse! Return transit to our warehouse takes two to four weeks, and during our very busiest times, it may take up to two weeks after receiving your package for the refund to be issued.

What items are returnable?

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date
  • Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.
  • The items returned must be in new condition (not worn, altered, washed, or damaged) and must include all original packaging and tags

What items are non-refundable?

  • Clearance items marked as final sale.
  • Underwear, Swimwear and all Grooming products.
  • Any food/drink items.
  • Footwear that does not include the original, undamaged shoebox.
